Overview
Established in 2007, à-la-carte Hospitality is a team of dedicated hospitality professionals with a mission to produce quality human resources for the hotel industry worldwide. We believe that by providing skilled, knowledgeable, and attitude-driven professionals, we can uplift the Nepalese hospitality industry to new heights.
What is à-la-carte?
The name "à-la-carte" is derived from the French phrase meaning "according to the menu," which is commonly used in the restaurant industry to refer to a menu of items priced and ordered separately. However, we have adopted this term to also represent our sales model, where customers can select individual components for purchase instead of predefined packages.
Hotel-Related Training for Speedy Jobs
We provide a wide range of hotel-related training for individuals looking to acquire short and long-term courses for speedy job opportunities in various hotel subdivisions. Our courses cover areas such as Housekeeping, Food Production, Food and Beverage Services, Bartending, and Front Office.
Higher Diploma Level Vocational Courses in Hospitality and Culinary Arts Management
At à-la-carte, we offer Higher Diploma level vocational courses in Hospitality and Culinary Arts Management approved by the Government of Nepal. We are also affiliated with CTEVT Nepal, a vocational governing body of the government of Nepal, and have collaborated with LCCI GQ for Diploma level courses, which are quality assured by the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) and benchmarked at the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and Scottish Qualification Framework (SCQF).
