To be eligible for the scholarships, students must have completed Higher Secondary Level (10+2) or Intermediate Examination or Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL), or "A" level, or equivalent as recognized by Pokhara University. Additionally, the grade requirement set by Pokhara University for joining the BBA or BDevS program must also be met.

To apply for the scholarships, students must collect the application form from the college and submit it along with a photocopy of their official transcript from 10+2 or a similar level, a photocopy of the SEE/SLC mark sheet and character certificate, and three passport-size photos.
