Urgent Notice Regarding the Extension of Application Deadline for Pre-Diploma Regular/Partial Examinations - CTEVT

As per the notice published on 2081/05/11 by CTEVT OCE, this urgent notice is published to inform all concerned about the extension of the application form submission deadline for regular/partial examinations of various Pre-Diploma programs to be conducted in the months of Kartik/Mangsir. The application submission process will follow the conditions outlined in the previously published notice. Details are as follows:
Details:
- Deadline for Trainees to Submit Examination Application Forms to Respective Institutes: 2081/06/10 until 3:00 PM.
- Deadline for Institutes to Complete Online Entry in ITMS with Regular Fees: 2081/06/10.
- Deadline for Institutes to Deposit Examination Fees in the Bank and Upload Bank Vouchers in ITMS (Regular Fees): 2081/06/11.
- Deadline for Trainees to Submit Examination Application Forms to Respective Institutes with Late Fees: From 2081/06/11 to 2081/06/15.
- Deadline for Institutes to Complete Online Entry in ITMS with Late Fees: From 2081/06/11 to 2081/06/15.
- Deadline for Institutes to Deposit Late Fees in the Bank and Upload Bank Vouchers in ITMS: 2081/06/16.
- Institutes Must Complete Online Entry in the Web-Based System for Regular Fees by 2081/06/10 and for Late Fees by 2081/06/15 to ensure the generation of the symbol number.
- Institutes Must Submit All Filled Examination Forms for Regular and Late Fees to the Respective Provincial Offices by 2081/06/20.
