CTEVT Diploma 3rd Year 2nd Semester Exam Form Submission Notice 2081

Urgent Notice Regarding Form Submission for Diploma Level 3rd Year 2nd Semester Examination Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (CTEVT), Examination Control Office (OCE), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur

As per the semester examination system, programs such as Diploma in Engineering, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy Technology, Social Works, Entrepreneurship Development, and Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) in CTEVT's affiliated, partnership, community schools, and private institutions will conduct their 3rd-year, 2nd-semester regular and partial examinations during the months of Kartik and Mangsir. Candidates are required to submit their examination forms within the regular fee deadline of Ashwin 02, 2081, and the late fee deadline of Ashwin 10, 2081. All concerned institutions are requested to ensure that the examination forms are submitted accordingly.

Special Scholarship Program for Technical Education:
Under the Special Scholarship Program (Dalit, Muslim, and Marginalized) in technical education, the 3rd-year, 2nd-semester regular/partial examinations for the following diploma programs will also be conducted at the same time: Civil, Civil (Specialization in Hydropower), Automobile, Geomatics, Electrical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Information Technology, Food and Dairy Technology, Hotel Management, Entrepreneurship Development, and Agriculture (Crop Science). Please ensure that forms are submitted by the specified dates.

Conditions:

1. For all programs registered in the academic session 2075/076 (2018 AD), educational institutions must fill the regular/partial examination forms through ITMS Online using their respective user login. Regular forms should be printed on white A4 paper and partial forms on yellow A4 paper and distributed to the candidates.

2. For the regular semester examination system, a fee of NPR 500/- per student for community and partnership institutions, and NPR 2,000/- per student for private institutions must be paid. Late fees will be double the regular examination fees. Additionally, if the entry is not made within the regular fee submission period in the Web-based online system, the late fee will apply.

3. For partial examinees, a fee of NPR 300/- for one theoretical or practical subject and NPR 150/- for each additional subject must be paid within the regular fee period. Late fees will be double the regular fee per student.

4. Institutions must submit examination forms with the necessary documents, such as receipts and separate files for regular and partial students, to the respective provincial offices by the specified dates.

5. Institutions must deposit the examination fee into the provincial office bank account the day after the final submission date of the regular and late fees, and upload the bank voucher to ITMS Online on the same date.

6. Regular scholarship recipients under merit-based and categorized scholarships are exempt from examination fees.

7. Only students who were admitted and registered from the academic session 2075/076 (2018 AD) will be eligible to submit the examination forms for partial exams.

8. All examination forms must be submitted online through the Web-based online system, and a printed copy of the collective form must be attached.

9. Only students who pass the internal assessment will be allowed to participate in the final examination. If a student fails the internal assessment and submits the form for the final exam, their subject examination will be automatically canceled.

10. Transfer students from other institutions must attach a transfer letter along with the examination form.

Note:

1. Students must submit their examination forms to the concerned institutions between 20th Bhadra 2081 and 02nd Ashwin 2081 (until 3:00 PM).
2. Institutions must complete ITMS Online Entry between 24th Bhadra 2081 and 02nd Ashwin 2081 for the regular fee.
3. Institutions must deposit the examination fee and upload the bank voucher to ITMS Online by 04th Ashwin 2081.
4. Students submitting forms with late fees must do so between 04th Ashwin 2081 and 10th Ashwin 2081.
5. Institutions must complete ITMS Online Entry for late fees between 06th Ashwin 2081 and 10th Ashwin 2081.
6. Institutions must upload the voucher for late fees by 11th Ashwin 2081.
7. Examination forms must be entered into the Web-Based Online System by 02nd Ashwin 2081 for regular fees and 10th Ashwin 2081 for late fees.
8. Training must be conducted as per the curriculum load.
9. Forms for both regular and late fees must be submitted to the respective provincial office by 14th Ashwin 2081.
