CTEVT Important Information on Filling the Application Form for One Subject Chance Examination

Applicable Programs:

• Diploma and Certificate level programs in Engineering, Information Technology, Food and Dairy Technology, Social Work, and Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education under the semester examination system of CTEVT.

Eligibility:

Candidates who have:

• Passed the theoretical examination of one subject in the third year, first section.
• Failed the theoretical examination of one subject in the third year, first section.

Important Dates:

• Regular Fee Submission Deadline: 17th Jestha 2081
• Late Fee Submission Deadline: 24th Jestha 2081

Application Process:

1. Form Distribution:

   • Schools must log in to ITMS Online, print the exam application forms, and distribute them to eligible candidates.

2. Fees:

   • Examination Application Form Fee: Rs. 300/-
   • Payment Deadlines:
     • Regular fee: 18th Jestha 2081
     • Late fee: 25th Jestha 2081
   • Fees must be paid to the bank account of the concerned council or state office.

3. Conditions:

   • Only regular examinees who have failed one subject in the regular examination of the third year, second section, can fill the application form.
   • A copy of the Result Sheet of the said regular examination must be attached.
   • Candidates who registered in 2077 (2020) and failed one subject in the third year, second section examination conducted in 2080 Poush/Falgun are eligible.
   • Attach copies of Mark Sheets or Ledgers of all sections passed (first year first section, first year second section, second year first section, second year second section, third year first section).
   • Candidates who have not passed any sections of the semester examination system are not eligible, and their application will be canceled automatically.

4. Submission:

   • Submit the application form to the respective provincial offices of the council through the respective schools.
   • Keep all documents, including the examination application form and fee payment vouchers, in a file and submit them to the respective CTEVT provincial office by 27th Jestha 2081.

5. Admit Card:

   • No candidate will be admitted to the exam without an admit card.
   • Ensure the admission letter is received from the concerned school within the specified time.

6. Examination Details:

   • Date and examination center will be published later.
   • Examination application forms must be entered in the Web-Based Online System by 17th Jestha 2081 (regular fee) and 24th Jestha 2081 (late fee).
