As per the urgent notices published by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on 2081/03/27 and 2081/04/10, this notice informs all concerned parties that the regular and partial examinations for the first, second, and third years of the following programs will commence from 7:00 AM on 2081/05/19:

Diploma Level Programs: Diploma in Engineering, Hotel Management, Food & Dairy, Social Work, Agriculture (Animal/Crop Science) - First Year Second Part and Second Year Second Part.
Additionally, under the Special Scholarship Program for Technical Education (for Dalits, Muslims, and Marginalized Communities), the annual examination system for the first, second, and third years of General Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Agriculture (Crop Science), Agriculture (Animal Science), and Forestry programs, as well as the semester examination system for the first-year second part and second-year second part of Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Specialization in Hydropower Engineering), Automobile Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, Hotel Management, and Agriculture (Crop/Animal Science) regular and partial examinations, will also be conducted on the mentioned date and time.

Note:
(1) No alternative arrangements will be made for candidates who are absent from the examinations or who miss the exams for any reason.
(2) Practical examinations will be conducted at the respective educational institutions. The concerned institutions must prepare the practical examination schedule, get it approved by the respective Provincial Office, and conduct the examinations accordingly.
(3) Logbooks and Psychometric charts may be taken into the examination hall only with the inspector's permission.
(4) The examinations will not be postponed even if an unexpected holiday is declared without prior notice from the council.
(5) Candidates must take the exams only at the designated examination centers. Examination centers cannot be changed.
(6) If any exam clashes or is missed, candidates must contact the Office of the Controller of Examinations within 7 days from the date of notice publication.
(7) According to the Practical Examination Guidelines 2051, practical examinations must be completed within 15 days after the theoretical examinations conclude. The marks must be entered into the ITMS Online system, and the marks sheets, attendance records, and other required documents, along with the letter from the concerned institution, must be submitted to the Provincial Office. The Council's Provincial Office will not accept any practical examination documents after this deadline.
