CTEVT Pre-Diploma Level One Subject Chance Exam Form Fillup Notice 2081
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding Submission of Exam Application Form for Pre-Diploma Level (One Subject) Chance Examination
For technical education programs operating at the pre-diploma level (including the 24-month apprenticeship program) in affiliated, partner, and community schools under CTEVT, as well as private institutions, the following urgent notice is issued for the information of all concerned regarding the submission of exam application forms for the One Subject Chance Examination, as per Rule 3 (4) of the Examination Regulations 2071. The notice applies to regular students who were registered in 2079 and participated in the annual exams of 2080 Bhadra/Ashwin (12+6) and 2080 Mangsir (15+3), as well as those registered in 2078 and participated in the annual exams of 2080 Magh/Falgun (24-month apprenticeship), and have failed only one theoretical subject. The exam fee is NPR 200/- (in words, two hundred only). The application forms should be filled out by the concerned educational institutions and submitted at the specified place and date mentioned below.
Terms and Conditions:
- Educational institutions must log in through their user on ITMS Online, print, and distribute the application forms to the examinees.
- Educational institutions must enter the application forms of One Subject partial examinees in ITMS Online, compile the forms, the consolidated exam sheet roll, and admission card, and submit them along with the receipt of the deposited amount to the concerned council provincial offices.
- A photocopy of the mark sheet/ledger from the previous exam conducted by the Examination Control Office must be compulsorily attached to the form.
- Any application forms that do not meet the specified conditions and are received after the deadline will not be processed, and the Examination Control Office will not be responsible for them.
- If any institution intentionally includes application forms of ineligible trainees and those trainees take the exam, their exam results will be automatically canceled, and the institution will be subject to action as per the council's act, rules, and regulations.
- Application forms with corrections, tippex, or white-out will not be accepted.
Place, Date for Submission of Application Forms, Exam Dates, and Exam Centers:
- For examinees: From 2081 Ashadh 11 to 2081 Ashadh 25.
- For educational institutions (along with bank voucher for the amount deposited in the concerned council's provincial office account): By 2081 Ashadh 26.
- Online entry in ITMS: By 2081/03/25.
- Exam Date: 2081 Shrawan 12, Saturday, at 8:00 AM.
- Place for submission of forms: Concerned council provincial offices.
- Exam Centers: Only one exam center will be established in each province. The name of the exam center will be published one week prior.
