CTEVT Pre-Diploma Level Various Courses Partial Exam Routine 2080
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Examination Control Office dated 2080.12.01 published in the Gorkhapatra daily newspaper on filling the examination application form according to the pre-diploma level technical education program in private, private, partner and community schools. (12+6) and (15+3) month programs under various 18-month programs, 24-month Apprenticeship programs, various programs under special technical education scholarship programs, partial examinations of various programs under health programs and those enrolled in the academic session 2079/080 This information is published for the
information of all concerned as the regular examination of special scholarship program in technical education will be conducted from Tuesday 04 Baisakh 2081. The detailed exam schedule can be seen at www.ctevtexam.org.np.
Note:
- No further arrangement will be made for the trainees who are absent in the examination according to the above program.
- Since the practical examination will be conducted in the respective educational institutions, it is also informed through this notice that the relevant educational institutions should coordinate with the respective provincial offices of the Council and approve the examination schedule and conduct the examination.
- Even the schools that have conducted technical education in community schools should coordinate with the relevant provincial office of the practical examination assessment council.
- The trainees who fail the internal evaluation test will not be allowed to participate in the external test. If such trainees participate in the examination by filling the examination application form, the examination will be automatically canceled and the principal of the educational institution will be responsible for it.
- The examination will not be postponed even if there is an unexpected holiday without prior notice from the Council, Examination Control Office.
- If there is a subject change or omission in the examination schedule, the examination control office must be contacted within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice.
- The trainees must bring the complete admit card with them when they come to take the exam. 8. According to the guidelines for the conduct of practical examination 2079, the practical examination must be completed within 15 days after the completion of the theoretical examination and must be submitted to the relevant council, provincial office along with the letter from the relevant school along with the marks, attendance etc. After that, the council, state office will not be forced to understand the practical examination documents.
