Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding Registration Forms for Diploma/Certificate and Pre-Diploma Levels for the Academic Year 2081/082
As per Clause 28 of the "Diploma and Certificate Level Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Directive, 2081," and Clause 27 of the "Pre-Diploma Level Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Directive, 2081," issued by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), the deadline for registration is set for Mangsir 16, 2081.
All educational institutions affiliated with CTEVT, including constituent, partnership, government/community schools, and private institutions running programs at the diploma/certificate and pre-diploma levels, are hereby informed to submit registration forms for all candidates enrolled in the academic year 2081/082 who have passed the entrance exams and completed the admission process.
Registration forms must be submitted from Ashoj 07, 2081, to Mangsir 04, 2081, with regular fees, and from Mangsir 05, 2081, to Mangsir 13, 2081, with late fees. Institutions must complete the necessary processes outlined below, including online entry in ITMS and submit registration forms, vouchers, and other required documents to the respective Provincial Offices under the council by Mangsir 16, 2081.
This notice also informs all concerned institutions that failure to submit the registration forms within the specified deadline will result in the non-registration of candidates.
