These non-technical roles encompass departments like Justice, Foreign Affairs, Administration, Audit, and Federal Parliament Service under the Unified Examination System.
Candidates who cleared the initial stage are hereby informed about the subsequent stage of written examinations. Kindly take note of the following essential information:

Scene 1: Examination Guidelines:
- The examination will take place as scheduled. The Commission will not postpone it without giving prior notice.
- Examinees should strictly use black ink during the examination.
- Only candidates approved by the Kathmandu examination center are eligible. External candidates will be denied entry.
- Carrying bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and any electronic devices inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
- Arrive at least 1 hour early, with your admit card. No candidate will be allowed without it.
- Alongside the admit card, candidates must carry a Nepali citizenship or a government-issued identity card.
- Once your application is accepted, taking an exam for a group other than the one specified on the admit card is not allowed.
Scene 2: Health & Safety Measures:
- Considering the health risks, candidates must arrange their masks, sanitizers, and drinking water.
- For those infected with Covid-19, special examination centers are prepared. Inform the office about your status using the provided contact numbers in advance.
