Lok Sewa Aayog Section Officer Exam Center Baglung: Public Service Commission Unveils New Examination Centers in Baglung for Section Officer Role

The Baglung Office of the Central Public Service Commission (PSC) has proudly declared the inauguration of the initial phase of examination centers. These centers are dedicated to candidates aspiring for Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Section Officer (Sakha Adhikrit), or similar positions, as referenced in Advertisement No. 16699-16705/079-80 (Open/Inclusive).

Key Guidelines for Prospective Public Service Aspirants

Candidates pursuing public service roles must adhere to the following protocols to ensure a seamless examination experience:

  • Examination Schedule: The previously published schedule should be followed, regardless of unforeseen holidays.
  • Admit Card: Admission to the exam hall without an admit card is categorically disallowed.
  • Arrival Time: It is advised that candidates reach the examination center at least an hour before the test begins.
  • Prohibited Items: Personal devices like mobile phones and calculators are expressly forbidden in the exam hall. Candidates are only permitted to use a black ink pen, excluding lead pens.
  • Required Documents: Aspirants must present their Nepali citizenship certificate or any other valid government-issued photo ID.

Specific Instructions Amidst Transition Phase

Throughout this transitional period, extra precautions have been instituted:

  • Face Masks: It is compulsory for candidates to wear face masks to enter the examination center. Additionally, personal sanitizers and drinking water must be brought.
  • Social Distancing: An obligatory physical distance of two meters should be consistently maintained.
  • Staff Compliance: All directives from examination personnel must be followed without exception.

Special Provisions for Covid-19 Positive Aspirants

The PSC has arranged separate examination centers for candidates who have tested positive for Covid-19. Such candidates are requested to:

  • Application for Assistant Writers: In accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission, 2079, candidates who require assistant writers should forward an application to the office a minimum of 10 days before the commencement of the exam. This application must contain legitimate reasons and evidence to validate their request.
