Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Education, Examination Control Division, Balkhu, Kathmandu, Nepal Notice Regarding the Application for Makeup/Retake Exam of M.Ed. Fourth Semester
Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Education, under the semester system, has arranged a makeup/retake examination for students who failed in up to two theoretical subjects in the regular examination of the M.Ed. Fourth Semester, published in Asar 2081, and have passed all previous semesters. The concerned students are notified to contact their respective campuses, download the exam form from the faculty's website www.tufoe.edu.np, fill in the required details, and submit it to their respective campuses by Bhadra 28, 2081.
- Form Fee: The fee for the makeup/retake exam application is NPR 2500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupees) per student, which must be submitted through the respective campuses.
- Details to be Submitted: Students must accurately fill in the details in the exam form and attach copies of the grade sheets for all previous semesters and the grade sheet for the fourth semester (result date 2081-03-25).
- Attachments: The applicant student must attach their signature in the designated area, a photo of the specified size, and a transfer letter (in case of students transferred from other campuses). Additionally, the concerned campus official must sign and stamp the form in the designated area.
- Photo Requirement: Students must attach a recently taken passport-sized photo clearly showing their face.
- Form Rejection: If the exam form is not filled out according to the specified guidelines, it will be rejected.
- Verification by Examination Branch: The examination branch of the campus or college must verify that the student has passed all previous semesters and has failed in no more than two theoretical subjects in the regular fourth semester exam published on Asar 24, 2081, before accepting the exam form.
- Submission of Fees and Forms by Campus: The concerned campuses must deposit the collected fees into the Nepal Bank Limited account of this faculty by Bhadra 29, 2081, and submit the original voucher and collected exam forms to the Examination Control Division by Aswin 1, 2081.
- Exam Schedule and Center: The makeup/retake exam will be conducted in the first week of Aswin 2081, with the exam center set at Shree Janamaitri Multiple Campus, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu.
