Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations (TU OCE), Balkhu, Kathmandu Notice for Filling Examination Application Forms for Private Partial Examinees of MPA, MBS Second Year
Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, informs that private partial examinees from the Faculty of Humanities and Management (MPA, MBS) who are appearing for the second year postgraduate examinations to be conducted in 2081 BS as per the annual examination system of 2080 BS should submit their application forms along with the regular fee from 2081 Shrawan 13 to 2081 Bhadra 1. Forms can be submitted with double the fee within one week after the regular deadline at TU OCE, Balkhu, and relevant regional OCEs. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
(1) Regarding the Examination Application Form:
(a) The examination application form must be filled out by the student and submitted personally to the relevant office after completing all procedures. TU OCE will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
(b) This will be the last chance for students who appeared for the first year examination for the first time in 2075 BS.
(c) All examinees must compulsorily mention their previous roll number on the application form.
(d) Two recent passport-sized photos (in simple attire) are required for filling the application form.
(e) If a copy of the admit card is needed until the examination period, the same photo used in the application form must be submitted.
(2) Regarding the Examination Fee:
(a) Private partial examinees’ section fee: NPR 1125/- (b) Examination application form fee: NPR 65/- (c) Examination center fee per section: NPR 110/- (d) Practical examination fee per section subject: NPR 175/- (e) Practical examination fee for two or more subjects: NPR 325/- (f) Fieldwork, term paper, and project work fee: NPR 325/-
(3) Regarding the Payment of Examination Fees: (a) Examinees within the Kathmandu Valley must deposit the examination fees into the income account number 0501010000500 at Global IME Bank Limited located within TU Kirtipur/Balkhu premises or income account number 04500100099108000001 at Nepal Bank Limited and submit the bank voucher along with the form to the office.
(b) Examinees outside the Kathmandu Valley must create a bank voucher in the name of TU OCE at Nepal Bank Limited or Global IME Bank Limited, Balkhu branch, or any bank within the Kathmandu Valley, and submit it along with the form.
(c) Examinees under Nepal Bank must submit the bank voucher after depositing the examination fees to Regional OCE, Biratnagar, TU Regional OCE office, Biratnagar, Chankheli Account Number 1040010092212000001 at Tribhuvan Chowk, Bazaar Adda branch, Biratnagar, along with the application form.
(d) Examinees under Regional OCE, Pokhara, must submit the examination fees at Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar branch, Pokhara, Chankheli Account Number 0910010110340000001, and submit the bank voucher along with the examination form to TU Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara.
(e) For Regional OCE, Attariya, the examination fees must be deposited at the income account number 0451010000500 at Global IME Bank Limited or income account number 04500100099108000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, located within TU OCE Balkhu premises, and submit the bank voucher along with the examination form.
(f) All examinees are informed that the examination center will be maintained only in Kathmandu.
