Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC) Announces Examination Program Revision 2080

In an important update for candidates, the Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC) has made amendments to its previously released examination schedule. The changes come in light of the internal competition, open, and inclusive examinations.

Original and Revised Examination Dates:

  • Initial Advertisement Date: 2079/12/03 and 2080/01/01
  • Original Examination Date Notification: 2080/06/18
  • Updated Examination Schedule: 2080/06/22

Revised Examination Guidelines:

  1. Stationery: Candidates should only use black ink dot pens/pens for the answer sheets.
  2. Punctuality and Admit Card: Candidates must carry their admit cards, arriving at least an hour prior to the exam's commencement. No entry will be permitted without this document.
  3. Prohibited Items: The use of mobile phones or any electronic gadgets inside the exam hall is strictly forbidden.
  4. Holiday Clause: If there's an unexpected holiday on the examination day, the exam will proceed as scheduled unless notified otherwise.
  5. Objective Answers: Answers to multi-level objective questions should be marked using English capital letters (A, B, C, D in Caller).
  6. Identification: Alongside the admit card, candidates should also bring their citizenship or a government-issued ID card.
  7. Regulations: The exam will align with the Examination (Operation and Management) Norms, 2077 (Third Amendment) issued by the Commission during special transitional cases.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions for Examinees:

  1. Mandatory Masks: Candidates must wear masks at all times within the examination center.
  2. Sanitization & Hydration: It is recommended to carry personal sanitizers and drinking water.
  3. Arrival Time: Please arrive an hour ahead of the slated examination time.
  4. Physical Distancing: Maintain a two-meter distance, especially while entering, exiting, or using restrooms.
  5. Avoid Grouping: Refrain from congregating in groups or engaging in discussions.
  6. Adherence to Protocols: All instructions provided by the examination personnel must be strictly followed for everyone's safety.

NARC places the highest importance on the safety and well-being of all its examinees. Aspirants are requested to adhere strictly to the above guidelines to ensure a smooth examination process.
