The application form for the 27th Name Registration Examination of the Nepal Pharmacy Council can be filled from 10:00 AM on 2081/09/05 to 12:00 PM on 2081/09/25. All concerned are requested to take note of this.

Documents required to be compulsorily attached with the application form (certified copies):

1. Passport-sized photograph

2. All SLC certificates

3. Citizenship certificate

4. All certificates of the Certificate level

5. All Bachelor's level certificates (B. Pharmacy)

6. Equivalence certificate (for foreign board/university)

Note:

1. If the required documents are incomplete, the application will be canceled.

2. No documents will be accepted through any means other than the online application.
