According to Rule 68 (1) of Rakhi Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, the application should be submitted to this office 10 (ten) days before the date of commencement of the examination. The subjects to be followed compulsorily by the candidate are mentioned below in note 1.

1. Even if there is an unexpected holiday on the day of the examination, the examination will not be postponed as per the scheduled schedule without prior notice from the Commission.
2. 2. Only black ink should be used in the exam.
3. It is prohibited to carry bags, mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices in the examination hall.
4. As no candidate will be admitted to the examination without the admit card, it is compulsory to bring the admit card and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.
5. Along with the admit card in the exam, you must bring your citizenship or an identity card with a photograph issued by the government of Nepal.
6. No candidate will be admitted to the examination buildings other than the designated examination building.
7. Due to communicable diseases, candidates will have to arrange masks, sanitizers and drinking water for their own purposes.
