According to a previously published ad on Internal Competiton and Ads. 11/2076 Assistant Director, Administration, and Officer Third Level Post First Phase Exam Written Examination Center As per the following procedure, this information has been published for the information of all concerned. The written examination will be conducted from 2076 Magh 12 in various places in Kathmandu as following the exam centers.

- New Millennium College, Sukedhara
- Vijay Memorial Secondary School, Dillibazar
- Padmakanya Vidyashram, Dillibazar
- Ratnarajyalaxmi Secondary School, Baneshwor
- Manmohan Memorial College, Sohrakhutte
- Vishwa Niketan Secondary School, Tripureshwar
- Sagarmatha Multiple Campus, Dillibazar
Note:
- Candidate should only use black dot ink/pen in the answer book.
- Since no candidate is allowed to appear in the examination without the admission letter, the admission card must be taken along with it at least 3 hours before the examination is conducted.
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited in the examination hall.
- Even if there is an unexpected departure on the day of the examination, the scheduled program will not be postponed without the prior notice of the Commission.
- Multiple Choice Questions Answering the question, only the answers are written in capital letters A, B, C, D will be recognized.
- Only the candidates selected from the first phase are written examination will be included in the Second Phase Exam.
- The answer book for the first phase pre-qualification exam will be that of the OMR system
- The examination must be accompanied by a letter issued by the concerned body along with a photo of its citizenship or government-issued photo.
