Government of Nepal, National Examination Board (NEB), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Class 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Notice Regarding the Schedule of Secondary Education Examination Supplementary (Grade Increment) Exam for the Year 2080
According to the decision of the National Examination Board dated 2081/03/16, this notice is published for the information of all concerned that the supplementary (Grade Increment) examination will be conducted as per the following schedule for all the candidates who could not obtain grades or were absent in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) held from 2080 Chaitra 15 as regular candidates.

Important Notes:
- Examination application forms can be downloaded and filled from the Office of the Controller of Examinations' website www.see.gov.np.
- The examination will not be postponed by the National Examination Board without prior notice from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, even in case of unexpected holidays.
- Students must fill out the application form and submit it with a voucher of Rs. 500 deposited in revenue account no. 14223, a copy of the admission card, and a grade sheet (downloaded from the website) to the relevant school by 2081 Shrawan 16, which will then be forwarded to the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
- The admission card for the regular examination of 2080 will be considered valid for the supplementary examination, and students must participate in the exam with the same admission card.
- Information regarding examination centers will be available from the respective Education Development Directorate and Education Development and Coordination Units.
- Students who do not attend the examination according to the specified center and schedule will not be provided with an alternative examination arrangement.
- Students whose examination results have been canceled will not be allowed to participate in the grade improvement examination.
- Education Development and Coordination Units are requested to send the details of students who have filled out the application form for the supplementary (grade improvement) examination, including the subjects, to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Class 10, by 2081 Shrawan 18, and to keep the submitted application forms secure for six months.
