Tribhuvan University Exam Controller's Office, Balkhu, has released the examination schedule for regular students of the 1st year of the 4-year Bachelor's degree under the Faculties of Humanities, Education, Management, and Science & Technology for 2081. The details are as follows:

Important Notices

1. Double-Late Application Submission: Regular students must complete the double-late exam form submission process, including online entry, through their respective campuses. The completed forms and the prescribed fees must be submitted to the Exam Controller's Office, Balkhu, or the Regional Exam Controller's Office by Mangsir 7, 2081.

2. No Alternative Arrangements for Absentees: Students absent during the exam will not have an alternative arrangement.

3. Exams During Unexpected Holidays: Exams will not be postponed due to unexpected holidays unless Tribhuvan University issues prior notice.

4. Subject/Exam Clash: If any subject or paper is missing or overlaps in the exam schedule, students must report it to the Exam Controller's Office within 7 days of publication on the official website. Failure to do so will result in exams being conducted as per the published schedule.

5. Practical Examinations: For practical exams, students must contact their respective campuses.

6. Exam Materials: Students are responsible for bringing their materials, such as log tables, voucher sheets, graph papers, and charts, with prior approval from the center superintendent.

7. Internal and Practical Assessments: Practical and internal assessments must be completed within 1 month after the conclusion of theoretical exams. The respective campuses are responsible for submitting attendance and grades to the Exam Controller's Office.

8. Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, and digital diaries are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. The center superintendent may confiscate any prohibited items found with students.

9. Course Confirmation: Students must carefully verify their course codes and subjects as per Tribhuvan University rules and curricula. Any errors in course selection are the sole responsibility of the campus and the student.

10. Exam Center Restrictions: Exams conducted from unauthorized centers will be considered invalid.

11. Health Protocol Compliance: Exam centers must strictly adhere to health and safety protocols set by the Government of Nepal.
