TU MA, MBS, M.Ed, MPA 1st Year Regular and Private Exam Form Fill Up Notice

Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has announced the examination application process for candidates appearing for the first-year postgraduate exams (partial and private) in 2081. This notice is for students in the Humanities, Management, Education Faculty, and MPA programs.

Key Details:

1. Exam Application Form Submission:

   • Students must fill out and submit their own exam application forms. The Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) will not be responsible for incomplete submissions.
   • This is the final exam for students who started their postgraduate studies in 2073 and took the first-year exam in 2074.
   • Candidates must include their previous roll number on the application form.
   • Two recent passport-size photographs in plain clothing are required.
   • A photograph as per the exam application form is necessary if an admit card needs to be reissued during the examination period.

2. Deadlines and Fees:

   • The application form must be submitted with the regular fee by Jestha 31st, 2081. Forms submitted after this date must include a double fee within one week after the deadline.
   • Campuses within the Kathmandu valley must submit the bank voucher and application form to the TU OCE, Balkhu within 2 days. Campuses outside the valley must submit to the regional OCE or TU OCE, Balkhu as applicable.

3. Examination Fees:

   • Fee per section for candidates: Rs. 640
   • Section fee for private and partial candidates: Rs. 1125
   • Examination application form fee: Rs. 65
   • Examination center fee per section: Rs. 100
   • Practical test fee for one subject per section: Rs. 175
   • Practical examination fee for two or more subjects: Rs. 325

4. Payment of Examination Fees:

   • Campuses within Kathmandu Valley should deposit the fees in Global IME Bank Limited Income Account No. 05010100000500 or Nepal Bank Limited Income Account No. and submit the exam application form to OCE.
   • Regional campuses must submit fees to their respective regional OCE branches:
     • Pokhara Region: TU Regional Examination Control Office, Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar branch, Account No. 0910010110134000001.
     • Biratnagar Region: TU Regional Examination Control Office, Nepal Bank Limited, Bazar Adda Branch.
     • Nepalganj Region: TU Regional Examination Control Office, Global IME Bank Limited, Nepalganj, Tribhuvan Chowk, Banke, Account No. 210101000076.
     • Attaria Region: Submit fees to Kathmandu TU OCE, Balkhu in Global IME Bank Limited Income Account No. 05010100000500 or Nepal Bank Limited Income Account No. 0450010009910800001.
