Everest Bank Limited (EBL) (Nepal: एभरेष्ट बैंक लिमिटेड) was established in 1994 AD as an ‘A’ Class Commercial Bank in Nepal licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. EBL is a joint venture of Punjab National Bank (PNB), India. PNB holds 20% equity shares of Bank.
