Provincial Public Service Commission, Lumbini Province, Butwal: This notice is to inform all concerned that the following candidates, whose roll numbers and names are listed alphabetically, have passed the written examination conducted for the advertisement number 51016/2080-81, Health Service, Medical Lab Technology Group, General Medical Lab Technology Subgroup, Subordinate Level Fourth (Technical), Lab Assistant post, under the local government service, and have been selected for the interview based on their merit.
The selected candidates should submit 2 passport-sized photographs, all original certificates proving the minimum required qualifications, and other necessary documents, along with 2 copies each of the first and third pages of the application form and a printout of the online application preview page, to this commission at least 7 (seven) days before the interview. Candidates must personally appear and verify the documents.
If the necessary minimum qualifications and other required documents are not submitted, the application will be canceled at any time. Selected candidates must be present at this commission 2 (two) hours prior to the scheduled interview time with the above-mentioned original documents and admit card. If the interview date falls on a public holiday, the program will be conducted as scheduled.
