This notice is published for the information of all concerned. The candidates who participated in the written examinations conducted per the following advertisement by the Province Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham, passed the examination and were selected for group tests and interviews. The candidates with the following roll numbers and names listed alphabetically have passed the examination.
Selected candidates for group tests and interviews must submit two passport-sized photos, all certificates verifying the required minimum qualifications and other necessary documents, and two copies of the first and third pages of the application form, certified by the candidates themselves, within 7 days from the publication date of this notice. Failure to submit the certificates of the required minimum qualifications and other necessary documents at any time will result in the cancellation of the application. Selected candidates must bring the original documents and admit card and be present at the commission at least one hour before the interview at the specified place, date, and time. The program will continue as scheduled, even if a public holiday falls on the day of the group tests and interviews.

Notice Regarding Non-Inclusion of Name in Written Examination Results and Cancellation of Application
Regarding the above matter, the Province Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham's advertisement no. 47/079-080 (internal service), Administration Service, General Administration/Accounts Group Officer Seventh Level candidate Prakash Kumar Karn's application has been rejected as per sub-clause 17 of clause 9 of the Province Civil Service Act, 2076, which states that a candidate must have completed at least seven years of service in a federal or local civil service position one rank or level below the position to be filled and possess the prescribed educational qualifications. Since the required service period has not been met, the candidate's name cannot be included in the written results.
Furthermore, as per sub-rule 5 of Rule 10 of the Province Public Service Commission Regulations, 2078, which states that any application can be canceled at any time if it is found not to be in order after the issuance of the examination admit card, the application of candidate Prakash Kumar Karn is canceled due to the failure to meet the minimum service period requirement (seven years in a position one rank or level below). This decision was made by the commission on 2081/08/28 and is published for the information of all concerned.
