1. Risk Management Department: 1 (Managerial Level)
|
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution in Managerial Level.
- Minimum Master's Degree in Management or equivalent.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills with good commanding in the English Language.

2. Credit Risk Management Department: 1 (Officer Level)
|
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution in Credit or CA/ ACCA.
- Eligible Internal staffs can also apply for this post.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
- Age should not exceed 40 years.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills with good commanding in the English Language.

3. Branch Manager: 5 (Inside Kathmandu Valley-3; Outside Kathmandu Valley -2, Province no. 5)
|
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
- Age should not exceed 40 years.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills with good commanding in the English Language.
- Preferences shall be given to local residents and/or locally working.

4. Credit Administration Department: Few (Assistant to Officer Level)
|
- Should have at least 1 year of experience in Bank and Financial Institution in Credit for Assistant Level and 3 years for Officer Level.
- Few staffs working in Bancassurance field shall be preferable.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
- Age should not exceed 40 years.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills with good commanding in English Language.

5. the Assistant Level: Few (Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
- Should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills with good commanding in English Language.
- Preferences shall be given to local residents and/or locally working.
