Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent notice regarding re-application form in the educational institutions where the quota is vacant in the academic session 2078/079 by enrolling in less than the sanctioned quota towards full fee in diploma and certificate level and pre-diploma level programs.
2078 Shrawan 30 and Bhadra, respectively, to enroll students in various programs other than Diploma and Certificate Level Certificate Level General Medicine, Nursing and Diploma in Pharmacy conducted by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). The information was published on the 2nd of December, 2078 for the students who missed to fill the application form due to various reasons. This information has been published for the information of all concerned as per the decision dated 2078-07-26 at the level of Vice-Chairman of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council.
Terms:
1) In the programs other than diploma / certificate level general medicine and pharmacy programs, the information published on 2078-04-30 and in the pre-diploma level information published on 2078-05-02, all the conditions and procedures mentioned in the information should be fulfilled.
2) Application Form The dying applicant should register the application form in the concerned educational institution within the office hours on 2078-8-8. Relevant educational institutions should be able to make online entry in ITMS by 12:00 pm on 2078-08-08.
3) The concerned educational institution shall attach the bank voucher in the bank account of the concerned council, provincial office mentioned in the said information, attaching the application voucher and advertisement fee the day after the date of submission of the form and send all the details to the concerned provincial office by 2078-08-09.
4) In the case of Diploma and Certificate level, the result should be prepared in accordance with the guidelines for admission and submitted to the Provincial Council of the concerned council in the office time friend on 2078-08-12 and the student should be admitted only after the concerned council and provincial offices publish the result.
5) In the case of pre-diploma level, the student admission process should be done by preparing the result as per the guideline regarding admission.
