Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding Re-Entrance Examination for Vacant Seats in Full-Fee Programs (Excluding Pharmacy, General Medicine, Nursing, and Midwifery) for the Academic Session 2081/082
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) hereby issues this urgent notice regarding the re-entrance examination for the vacant seats in full-fee programs (excluding Diploma in Pharmacy, General Medicine (HA), PCL Nursing, and Midwifery) for the academic session 2081/082.
In accordance with Section 24 of the Admission Guidelines, 2081, this notice is published to invite applications from candidates who are on the Cut-off list for admission to the remaining vacant seats in the certificate-level programs. If seats remain vacant even after following the prescribed procedures, the concerned educational institutions are instructed to conduct re-entrance examinations, manage, and publish the results as per Section 18(2) of the “Diploma and Certificate Level Entrance Examination Conduct, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines, 2081” and Section 20 of the “Pre-Diploma Level Entrance Examination Conduct, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines, 2081.”
All conditions mentioned in the notice published by the Examination Control Office (OCE) on 2081/ 03/15 will be applicable. The entrance examination and admission process for Pre-Diploma/Diploma and Certificate Level programs must be completed by entering the data in ITMS Online Entry within the specified deadline.
