Notice regarding the entrance examination of the Diploma in Biomedical Equipment Engineering (DBEE) program affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT)

This notice has been published by the National Health Training Center (NHTC) to apply for the Diploma in Biomedical Equipment Engineering (DBEE) program affiliated with the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) to be conducted in 2077/78.

1) Eligibility: Passed in I.Sc/10 +2 (Science background) and Obtained minimum C grade and GPA 2.0 in each subject of 11th and 12th class after application of the alphabetical system.

2) Age: Minimum 18 years of Age Completed

3) Program duration: 18 months

4) Number of seats: 24

5) Choice of Participants: Entrance Examination (10+2, 20/20 of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and English subjects based on the syllabus of the Faculty of Science and a total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions - MCQ.

6) Entrance Exam Date: Saturday, Falgun 22, 2077, at 8:00 AM

7) Place of application: National Health Training Centre (NHTC), BMET UNIT, Teku, Kathmandu

8) Last date for submission of application: Wednesday, Falgun 19, 2077

9) Scholarships: Jehendar - 1 (Achieving the highest marks in the entrance examination) and Classified - 1 (Achieving the highest marks in the entrance examination with low qualifications)

10) Documents to be submitted with the application: Copy of Citizenship, SLC / SEE and Transcript of 10 + 2 / I.Sc and Certificate of Character

11) Additional documents to be submitted for categorized scholarship: Copy certified by the concerned local level / District Education Office (DEO) / School / University as having studied SLC / SEE and 10 + 2 / I.Sc from a government or community school)

12) Candidates applying for the classified scholarship will not be allowed to compete in the full fee quota.

13) Application Form Fee: Rs. 1,500
