Notice Regarding Re-Entrance Examination Form Submission for New Admissions (Diploma in Ophthalmic Science Re-Entrance 2081 at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology)
In accordance with the decision of the "Entrance Examination Operation and Result Publication Sub-Committee 2081," Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, for the academic session 2081/082, applications for the re-entrance examination for the Ophthalmic Science program, accredited by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), are now open.
Those who were unable to participate in the previous entrance examination held on 2081/04/19 or missed the form submission can now apply for the full-fee (open and targeted category) re-entrance examination.
Applicants are informed to submit the following documents within office hours, within 10 days of the notice publication date (by 2081/05/18).
The re-entrance examination will be held on Saturday, 2081/05/22, from 8:00 AM at this institution.

The application form must be filled out by the students themselves, either downloaded from the CTEVT website www.ctevt.org.np or obtained from this institution. The completed form should be submitted to the Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, Tilganga.

A copy of the Nepali Citizenship Certificate or Minor Identity Card or Birth Certificate.

A copy of the S.L.C./S.E.E. mark sheet.

A copy of the S.L.C./S.E.E. character certificate.

Two recent passport-size (35mm x 45mm) color photographs, clearly showing the facial features.

An examination application fee of NPR 1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred Rupees Only).

The re-entrance examination will be conducted as per the guidelines set by the "Diploma and Certificate Level Entrance Examination Operation, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines, 2081" issued by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
