Semester system based Master level M.Ed and MSSED conducted by this Faculty of Education. And everyone concerned is informed that the following question paper format has been determined for the Common Education Admission Test (CEAT) of the MSSEd program.

CEAT aims to assess the competency of the applicants who are pursuing Masters in Education in various specialized subjects. The test ensures that the applicants who secure 40% cutoff score in the test have minimum entry competencies to study the Masters in Education. For entrance test, CEAT Includes 100 multiple choice items. The applicants are provided with two hours to answer these items.

Difficulty level of Items: 30% very easy (p> 0.8), 30% easy (p = 0.6 -0.8), 30% moderately difficult (13 = 0.4- 0.6), 10% difficult (<0.4). Cutoff point: 40%

Domain I. Philosophy and Sociological Perspective of Education (15 questions)

This domain assesses applicants' knowledge on education and philosophy, education and social policy, educational programmes along with innovation of teaching.
