Budhanilkanth Municipality is taking proactive steps towards fostering career development and employment opportunities by organizing a vocational development and employment fair. The fair aims to address the challenges faced by city dwellers who possess knowledge and skills but are still unemployed. Municipal Spokesman Navraj Bhattarai has emphasized the municipality's commitment to arranging career and employment fairs that align job opportunities with individuals' skills and competencies. The event also aims to equip participants with the necessary skills required for employment, empowering them to create job opportunities for themselves and establish successful businesses.

Municipality Chief Mitharam Adhikari expressed the municipality's intent to conduct a job fair specifically catering to students and young individuals currently pursuing their studies. Recognizing the plight of the youth who have left their families behind to seek employment abroad, Chief Adhikari stressed the importance of providing timely employment within the country to ensure the happiness and well-being of both the individuals and their families. The municipality's initiative to organize such an event intends to contribute to the local economy by enabling self-sufficiency and reducing the need for migration.

The municipal authorities believe that the career development and employment fair is crucial in several ways.
