Nepali Muslims who wish to attend Hajj in Mecca-Madina, Saudi Arabia in 2077 BS (2020), have the following documents attached: This notice has been published on the decision of 2076/06/12.

The Hajj Applicant can be filled in by downloading the Excel file from the Ministry of Home Affairs website http://www.moha.gov.np and filling in the details on the Entry Sheet and print from Print Sheet. Documents to attach to the application:

1. Copy-1 place of Nepali citizenship certificate

3. Photocopy of Passport (MRP) -1 (complete details of passenger carrier: name, address, date of birth, gender and office's signature and whether the signature is valid or not).

4. The current account number of the Nepal Hajj Committee at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Singha Durbar branch, has recently been re-filed for reimbursement of additional money after getting air tickets and house rent, transportation expenses, Moullim Fees and food costs in Makra. 113000039601 or Current Account No. of Nepal Hajj Committee at Sunrise Bank Putalisadak. PS: If 220 Hajj pilgrims who did not go to Hajj last year want to do Hajj in 2020, they will have to reapply to the District Administration Office with a copy of the form, voucher copy and 2 copies of the mentioned application. Persons who have not re-applied are requested for information on the exclusion of excursions.
