    • Location: TU Examination Control Office, Balkhu.

Dress Code

  • Men: Coat, pant, Tie, cap along with the gown/scarf/cap provided by TU.
  • Women: Formal dress or saree, blouse with the gown/scarf/cap provided by TU.

Certificate Distribution

  • Location: Shri Nepali Sainik Head Office, North Side of Dasharath Stadium.
  • Requirement: Ceremony Slip from the online form.
  • Alternate Collection: Certificates can also be collected later at the Records and Certificate Division, Balkhu (Room No. 3).

Refund of Gown/Scarf/Cap Deposit

  • Return Dates: 3rd Poush to 15th Poush 2080.
  • Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Location: TU Controller of Examination, Balkhu.
  • Late Fees:
    • 16th to 22nd Poush 2080: Rs. 50.
    • 23rd to 29th Poush 2080: Rs. 100.
    • 1st to 8th Magh 2080: Rs. 200.
    • 9th to 16th Magh 2080: Rs. 300.
    • 17th to mid-Poush 2080: Rs. 500.
  • Note: The bond amount will lapse if not claimed within the specified date.
