B.Sc. B.B.S., B.A. & B.Ed 4th Year 2081 Supplementary/Chance Exam Application Notice from TU

Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has announced the application process for the Bachelor’s 4th Year Supplementary Exam 2080. This notice is for students who participated in the annual exams under the Humanities, Management, Education, and Science and Technology faculties.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be a regular student of the Bachelor’s 4th Year 2080 exam.

2. Before the deadline, you must have passed all subjects in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Years.

3. Can apply if failed or absent in a maximum of two subjects from the 4th Year exams.

Application Process

• Form Submission Deadline: Mangsir 20–26, 2081

• Forms with all required documents should be submitted at the respective campuses.

• The same roll number from the 4th Year 2080 exam must be used on the application form.

Exam Centers

• Province 1: Degree Campus, Biratnagar

• Madhesh Province: Janjyoti Multiple Campus, Chandranigahapur

• Bagmati Province: The center will be announced for Kathmandu Valley and surrounding districts.

• Gandaki Province: Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara

• Lumbini Province: Bhairahawa Multiple Campus, Bhairahawa

• Karnali Province: Mahendra Multiple Campus, Nepalgunj

• Sudurpaschim Province: Asian Management College, Dhangadhi

Fees Details

1. Per Subject Fee: Rs. 1,000

2. Form Submission Fee: Rs. 100

3. Practical Exam Fee:

   • Rs. 200 for one subject

   • Rs. 300 for two or more subjects

4. Teaching Practice Fee: Rs. 350

5. Field Work/Term Paper/Project Work Fee: Rs. 300

  • Attariya Region: Use the same accounts as Kathmandu Valley.

Important Notes

1. Application forms must be submitted with the original fee receipt and required documents.

2. Forms without complete documentation will not be processed.

3. Examination centers for Kathmandu will be announced two days before the exam.
