The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA), Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, has directed all local governments to monthly disburse community school teachers' salaries.
On Friday, December 6, 2024, the ministry sent an official letter to all local levels instructing them to transition from quarterly salaries to a monthly system.
This decision follows a request from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, urging timely salary distribution to community school teachers. The Federal Affairs Ministry approved this request to streamline teacher salary payments across all local governments.
