Overview

Kalinchwok Secondary School (कालिञ्चोक माध्यमिक विद्यालय, दोलाखा) was established in 1971 A.D (2028 BS) as a community based educational institution, which is situated in Bhimeshwor Municipality-1, Charikot, Dolakha, Nepal. It is affiliated to the National Examination Board (NEB) and approved by the Ministry of Education. It offers educational programs from ECD to Grade 10 and plus two programs under the Management, and Education streams.

KSS has been successful to institutionalize itself imparting quality evacuation to the students in a serene, peaceful, harmonious, and competitive environment. With the growing demand for guardians and well-wishers along with the interest of the school.

Moreover, Charikot Multiple Campus has been conducting Tribhuvan University Programs: B.Ed., BBS, and BSW under the management of KSS. It has also the vision and plans to launch technical education in the near future. Due to the tireless effort of dedicated and competent teachers and staff, this school has been able to obtain good results at each level.

The School is always committed and dedicated to achieving its objective of academic excellence so that it can do better in the days to come for the all-round developments of its students. It is entirely been community-based so the students seeking quality education with a reasonable fee can be benefited. The motto of 'Dedication to Academic Excellence' in mind, the school assures to produce the students with moral character and multidimensional personalities.

Kalinchwok Secondary School has produced about four thousand SLC graduates since its first SLC batch 2040 B.S. Navaraj Chaulagain, the genuine student of First Batch SLC is now a lecturer at Oxford University, America. About six hundred graduates have been produced at +2 level till now. Currently, there are 902 students in school level (1-10), 15 students in ECD, 23 students in Inclusive Education, 100 students in Open School, and 462 students in plus two levels.

It is the second school to launch plus two science in the Dolakha district. Due to the dedicated team of highly experienced and trained lecturers, and well-equipped science laboratories and library, the flow of students in science faculty is gradually increasing. It has given the emphasis on games and sports, cultural activities, educational tours, and many other extracurricular activities.
