Feeder Dormitory Building Constructed in Kalinchok Secondary School, Charikot
Kalinchok Secondary School in Charikot, Dolakha, now has a new feeder dormitory building constructed at a cost of 72 lakh rupees under the President's Educational Reform Program.
Details of the Building
According to Bhimeshwar Municipality sub-engineer Bhavindra Thapa, the School Construction Consumer Committee oversaw the construction of this 32 Y 75 feet area building, which has 11 rooms, three toilets, and two bathrooms.
Features of the Building
The newly constructed building has a total area of 2816 square meters, and there is a plan to build a three-story building, but currently, only one floor has been built.
Benefits of the Building
The construction of this building will help girls students of Kalinchok Secondary School, who previously had to live and study in Katero, to have a safe and comfortable place to stay while pursuing their education.
Significance of the Building
This new feeder dormitory building is significant because it provides accommodation for 20 girls students studying in class 11 and 12, who are from Dalit and tribal communities.
The construction of this feeder dormitory building is a much-needed improvement for Kalinchok Secondary School and will provide a better educational environment for the students.
