Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC) Urgent Notice

Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC), established under the Nepal Health Professional Council Act, 2053, based in Bansbari, Kathmandu, has issued an urgent notification for all universities and educational institutions conducting teaching programs at the Master's, Bachelor's, and PCL levels in health-related subjects.

The notice pertains to the mandatory submission of student records with registration numbers and inspection evaluation fees for each fiscal year. This is a reminder to ensure compliance with fiscal year 081/082.

Important Requirements:

1. Student Records with Registration Numbers:

   • Universities and institutions must submit the records of all enrolled students, along with their NHPC registration numbers, for each academic year.

2. Inspection and Evaluation Fees Per Student:

   • Master's Level: NPR 2,000

   • Bachelor's Level: NPR 1,500

   • PCL Level: NPR 800

Deadline and Consequences of Non-compliance

• Suppose the required student records with registration numbers and the evaluation fees are not submitted to NHPC within the specified timeframe. In that case, the council will not be obligated to register students' names from the concerned universities or institutions.

This notice serves as a final reminder to ensure timely submission to avoid disruption in the student registration process.
