Report of the Inquiry Commission on Medical Education Published
The report of the Inquiry Commission on Medical Education has been published. Education, Science, and Technology Minister Sumana Shrestha has decided to make the report public.
It has been decided to publish the report submitted to the Ministry of Education by the 'Inquiry Commission on Medical Education - 2074'. According to the recommendations of the report, the implementation will begin immediately, the ministry said.
By publishing a notice in the gazette, the government formed a commission under the chairmanship of Gauri Bahadur Karki, the former president of the special court, to investigate the distortions and discrepancies in medical education and report with suggestions. After the commission submitted its report to the government, there was a delay in its implementation.
The ministry has decided to publish the report on 2080 Chaitra 28 Wednesday and immediately start the action process as per the recommendations.
