Scholarship System Implementation in Educational Institutions

The request of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology to all Metropolitan Cities, Sub-metropolitan Cities, Municipalities, and Rural Municipalities to implement the system of setting scholarship quotas and enrolling students in private investment (institutional) schools.

1) Proposals for the fees to be collected from the respective schools in each academic session should be submitted to the local level, and the fees of each school should be determined by the local level, and the criteria should be determined and publicized through the website of the respective local level and the school for effective implementation.

2) At the beginning of the academic session, student admission/scholarship selection and distribution and fee criteria should be determined and publicized/implemented.

3) If the quota of scholarships is allocated only after students are enrolled in the school, the situation of children from underprivileged and marginalized communities being enrolled and not being able to pay the fees will be created and the situation may arise where the scholarship is out of reach.
