Tribhuvan University Curriculum Development Center, Kirtipur, Kathmandu Notice of Equivalency Cancellation

In reference to the above-mentioned subject, a 35-day notice was published on 2081/2/24 regarding the cancellation of the equivalency certificates of Bharat Kumar Karki from Achham district and Upendra Prasad Sharma from Saptari district, who obtained their degrees by passing Sections A and B from The Institute of Engineers (India), based on the grounds of errors in their equivalency certificates. The written responses submitted by them were presented to the Tribhuvan University Degree Recognition and Equivalency Determination Committee.

The committee, in its meeting held on 2081/4/17, decided to cancel the equivalency certificates as per Clause 21 of the Tribhuvan University Equivalency Determination Procedures 2078.

Therefore, it is hereby informed that the equivalency certificates issued in the names of Bharat Kumar Karki and Upendra Prasad Sharma, dated 2076/9/20 with dispatch numbers 9395 and 9396 respectively, mentioning Bachelor of Engineering, have been canceled.
