Tribhuvan University (TU) has announced that final-year bachelor's students will be allowed to take make-up exams starting this year. This provision, which applies to students who have failed in up to two subjects, aims to prevent academic delays and enable students to complete their degrees.

Registrar Prof. Dr. Kedar Prasad Rijal confirmed that the university will soon issue an official notice outlining the application process and other relevant details. According to him, this initiative is part of TU's commitment to addressing students' academic challenges.

Recent Results Published

Tribhuvan University has been actively publishing results for various faculties' final-year bachelor's programs:

• BA Final-Year Results: The results for BA programs under the Humanities and Management faculties were published on Mangsir 14, 2081.

• B.Ed Final-Year Results: The results for the four-year B.Ed program were released on Sunday, Mangsir 16, 2081.

Decision on Make-Up Exams

The TU Academic Council had already decided in Shrawan 2081 to allow make-up exams for final-year students. However, the timeline for implementation remained unclear, causing confusion among students.

The university's latest announcement resolves this uncertainty by confirming that make-up exams will begin immediately. TU plans to publish a notice detailing the application process, deadlines, and exam schedules within a few days.
