Tribhuvan University Service Commission Exam Results Canceled

Tribhuvan University, Service Commission (TUSC) Office Urgent Notice Regarding Cancellation of Examination Results

Tribhuvan University, Service Commission (TUSC), hereby informs all concerned parties that the results and examinations related to Advertisement No. 18/073/074, published on Falgun 18, 2073, for various administrative and technical positions have been canceled.

Details of the Cancellation:

1. During the evaluation and publication of written examination results for 16 positions under the advertisement, irregularities were discovered in 8 positions:

   • Section Officer

   • Accounting Officer

   • Assistant Legal Advisor

   • Chief Accounting Assistant

   • Chief Office Assistant

   • Office Assistant

   • Library Assistant

   The Special Court of Kathmandu (Case Nos. 075-CR-0348 and 078-CR-0071) ruled on Ashwin 4, 2079, that corruption-related misconduct altered the examination results.

2. For the remaining positions, including:

   • Deputy Administrator

   • Deputy Financial Controller

   • Library Officer

   • Technical Officer (Engineering)

   • Technical Officer (Computer)

   • Technical Assistant (Computer)

   • Driver

   It was found that coding, decoding, answer sheet evaluations, and interview processes were not conducted per the Tribhuvan University Service Commission Internal Procedure, 2067, nor were the Tribhuvan University Act, Rules, and Regulations provisions followed. As a result, these processes have been deemed invalid.

Based on the decision of the Service Commission meeting held on Mangsir 7, 2081, the written examination results, interviews, and all procedures (except the advertisement itself) under this advertisement have been canceled in accordance with Rule 95(5) of the Tribhuvan University Teachers and Staff Service Rules, 2050 (as amended up to 2080/03/12).

Re-Examination Notice

Candidates who applied under this advertisement, whose names were approved, and who participated in the written examination will be invited for a re-examination.

To facilitate the re-examination, candidates are required to update their personal information and submit the necessary verified documents through the link available on the Commission's website: www.tusc.tu.edu.np
