Madhesh Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Announces Vacancy for 4th Level Assistant 2081

Madhesh Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog, Advertisement for Open and Inclusive Competitive Written Examination for the Post of Assistant Level 4 (Non-Technical / Technical) of the Provincial Civil Service.

Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following qualifications: The vacant posts of Assistant Level 4 of the Provincial Civil Service will be filled through an open and inclusive competitive examination. Candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications should apply through the Commission's online application system, ppsconline.p2.gov.np.

Application Fee: Rs. 300/- (three hundred) for Assistant Fourth Level and Rs. 150/- (one hundred and fifty) additional fee will have to be paid for each additional type/group thereafter.

Last Date for Submission of Application: 2081/10/16 and by paying double the fee till 2081/10/23

Age Limit of Candidate:

Minimum 18 years as of 2081/10/16, not exceeding 35 years for male candidates and not exceeding 40 years for female candidates. Not exceeding 40 years for Engineering Services, Agriculture Services, Forest Services, and Health Services. The age limit will not apply to incumbent permanent civil servants.

Method and place to pay the application fee:

After submitting the form through the commission's online application system, click on My Application and then All Applications, then click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for, select Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited in the bank option and choose one of the Online / Offline Payment options to make the payment.

To pay the fee through Online Payment:

After selecting Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, select Online Payment and click Next. Then, Connect IPS and make the payment. Candidates making an online payment can immediately use any of the specified wallets.

To pay the fee through Offline:

After selecting Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, select Offline Payment and click Next. Then click here, download and print the voucher, and pay the specified amount along with the voucher to the concerned bank.

Application fee payment period: The prescribed examination fee or double fee must be paid by 2081/10/23 at the latest.

Documents to be uploaded:

The candidate will have to upload the documents specified in the relevant advertisement, including educational qualifications, training, experience (in the form prescribed by the Commission), business license certificate, inclusive group opening document, etc., in PDF format at the designated place of the online application system. All candidates must scan their photo, signature, and citizenship certificate and upload them in JPG format. The candidate himself will be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application. The pre-interview examination program and the interview date will be informed when the written examination results are published.

Details of the work to be done in the post: Service, group related.

Salary: As per Madhesh Province Law.

Ministry related to services: The concerned ministry is designated to operate the service administration, group, and subgroup.

Minimum Qualifications and Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for Open and Inclusive Provincial Civil Service:

(a) Assistant Fourth Level (Non-Technical/Technical) (Service, Group, Sub-Group):

Must not be disqualified as per Section 16 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, and must have obtained the following minimum educational qualifications.

1) Administration Service, General Administration Group: Passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

2) Agriculture Service, Crop Development Group: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution, received at least one year of JTA (Agricultural Science) training, or passed TSLC with agricultural subjects.

3) Agriculture Service, Soil Science Group: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and received at least one year of JTA (Agricultural Science) training or passed TSLC with agricultural subjects.

4) Agriculture Service, Fisheries Group: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution, received at least one year of JTA (Agricultural or Animal Science) training, or passed TSLC with agricultural subjects.

5) Agricultural Service, Veterinary Group: Must have passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and have received at least one year of JTA Animal Science (Animal Husbandry, Animal Health) training or passed TSLC with Agriculture (Animal Husbandry, Animal Health) subject.

Note 1:

The educational qualifications specified above for various categories of groups in multiple cases for the Agricultural Service published in the Gazette dated 2069.8.25 will not apply to civil servants who entered the service before the publication of this notice; the provisions mentioned in the previous rules will apply to such civil servants.

Note 2:

The grade point average should be 1.6 or above to obtain educational qualifications through the grading system.

Special instructions regarding additional documents and experience to be submitted by the candidate:

Candidates who wish to apply should prepare and submit the following documents at the time of application. After being selected for the interview based on the written examination results, they should bring the originals of such documents and their self-attested copies when they come for the interview. If the candidate does not have the mentioned documents at the time of application, the application may be canceled at any time.

Additional documents and experience required for candidates who are required to apply for inclusion:

(a) In the case of Madhesis: A document certified as Madhesi by an organization as specified by the provincial government by publishing a notice in the provincial gazette, but until the organization is defined by publishing a notice in the provincial gazette, a document certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.

(b) In the case of Dalits: In the case of a caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, based on the same list, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, a document certified as a surname within the listed caste by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level. (c) In the case of Muslims: In the case of a caste listed by the National Muslim Commission, based on the same list, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Muslim Commission, a document certified as a Muslim by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level.

(d) The economically disadvantaged Khas Arya community must submit a poverty identity card or a recommendation from the local level with the application.

(e) In the case of the disabled: A disability identity card issued by the Social Welfare Council or a disability identity card issued by the concerned local level stating the classification of disability as per Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074.

Note:

(a) For candidates requiring experience, the minimum service period must be completed by the last date to submit applications for the relevant post. The period of the double fee will not be counted for age, educational qualification, period of experience, and other qualifications.

(b) Applications that are not submitted within the deadline specified by the Commission do not meet the minimum qualification, provide other specified details, or do not pay the prescribed fee will not be accepted.

(c) Candidates requesting a supporting writer must contact the Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham, at least 7 (seven) days before the written examination commences. Otherwise, the Commission will not be obliged to provide a supporting writer.

(d) Candidates who pass the written examination must submit original copies of their educational qualification certificates, citizenship, service experience, if required, certified by the head of the concerned office, and originals and photocopies of the documents mentioned as needed for candidates applying for inclusive and open categories, before giving the interview.

(e) The candidate must mandatorily disclose the details of the category/groups for which he/she is a candidate in the prescribed admission form. Otherwise, he/she will not be included in the examination.

(f) He/she must have obtained the prescribed educational qualification by the last date of application. Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions must have their qualifications equivalency determined by the concerned body.

(g) The examinee must use only black ink in the examination. Otherwise, the answer sheet will be canceled.

(h) The curriculum can be obtained from the website of the Commission ppsc.p2.gov.np.
