According to the Nepal Medical Council, 75% of the doctors have been unsuccessful from the examination conducted for the MBBS passing doctor to allow medical treatment. Only 88 people were allowed to enter service for 1123 doctors participating in the Saturday test. 835 people have been failed.

The Council said 65 percent of the license examination for the BDS also has failed. Out of the 456 dental practitioners participating in the examination, 206 people were not eligible for admission. The licensing examination of MBBS, 722 students from abroad, and 216 of them who had studied in Nepal were participants. 57 people have completed BDS from abroad, and 348 dentists who were studying in Nepal had given the examination.

Those who participated in the examination were 830 people (MBBS and BDS) who were in the first license exam. Most of the 58 candidates participating in the License Exam have studied abroad; most of them were studying in China and Bangladesh. The council has a low rate of up to a few years in the examination conducted for the license.

The Supreme Court ordered the licensing examination to be compulsory to all those who came to MBBS after Falgun 25, 2058 BS, that is why the medical examination is not found near the examination. The registered doctor's number is about 23 thousand in the council. There is no doubt that many of them are in the country, how many abroad, many do not practice, how many people have died. Currently, the Nepal Physician Association has been working only 15 thousand doctors in the country.
