Mid-Valley International College Launched International Diploma Programs affiliated to City and Guilds, UK

Mid-Valley International College organized a launched International Diploma Level Program affiliated to City & Guilds, UK. Mid-Valley International College Offers three major diploma-level programs: A diploma in Culinary Arts, Diploma in Professional Patisserie and Confectionery, and Award in Barista.

Ms. Reetal Rana Managing Director of Mid-Valley International college gave opening remarks at the event. She emphasized that vocational training has new potential in the current world scenario. As students are pathing away from academic training this will help students build their careers and tackle unemployment issues. “Feed a man a fish he will be fed for a day, teach a man how to fish and he will be fed for a lifetime”, she also noted that MVIC students are taught to be a better version of themselves.

Mr. Santosh Shah, keynote speaker for the event shared how vocational education can help students gain practical skills. Mr. Anand Patel, City and Guilds Country manager for India and Nepal was the Chief Guest for the event who provided his remarks on the new collaboration with Mid-Valley International College.

During the event, Ms. Reetal Rana, Managing Director of Mid-Valley International College signed and exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with collaborative partners regarding internship and placement opportunities for students.

The organizations present were the Tamarind Group of Companies, Alema Education and Migration, GEMS international consultancy, Le Sherpa Concept, Hotel Himalaya, and Global Nepalese Chef Federation (GNCF).

The event also incorporated the official reveal of the new logo of Mid-Valley International college. Mid-Valley International College is rebranding itself in terms of a new brand image this year.
