Section 11 'F' (1) of the Education Act 2028 (with amendments) in relation to the demand for instruction from some development districts, including Baitadi, Kanchanpur, Dhankuta, Arghakhanchi, regarding the departure of teachers who have been re-organized for various reasons and failed to participate in internal competitive examination for various reasons. According to the provision of the restrictive phrase of 'Participating in the internal examination' Even for the teachers who have passed or are not eligible to be a candidate in the examination, there is provision for automatic retirement as per sub-section (10), so even for the re-arranged teachers, sub-section (10) of section 11 'F' 1 of the Education Act 2028 (with amendment). As per the law, there is a request to be discharged according to the practical instructions.
