Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has urged the international investor to develop Nepal as a center of trade, giving information about 75 potential projects selected for investment. Addressing the Nepal Investment Summit, which started from Friday in the capital, addressing the main speaker, he said that foreign investment was essential for the country's socio-economic transformation.

He said that the need to invest life level of thirty million honest and hardworking Nepalese, which has an unprecedented opportunity for investing, urged the stable Government of Nepal to take advantage of the benefits of profit, including investment protection.

He requested to invest in Nepal as the second home as Buddha's birthplace and top peak, Sagarmatha, as the second home. The Prime Minister also expressed the confidence that the guest would be motivated to invest investors in the Nepalese people.

He said that Nepali consumers are consuming even more than the topmost, increasing the purchasing power of the internal market and middle-class population, developing and developing the country as a business partner for the minority. He also said that the barrier of physical contact has been gradually eradicated.

Prime Minister Oli said, 'Multi-national contact networks with both neighboring countries have included roads, railways, waterways, airways, and transmission lines. Nepal is suitable for investment; profit will be benefited even by investing in any area. Hydropower sector can be the main center of investment.

Prime Minister said that agriculture, production sector, tourism, physical infrastructure, information technology, minerals and mining sectors are also waiting for investment.

Convert water into property:

While trying to build basic infrastructure for the construction of an inter-transmission line, the current understanding in the BIMSTEC grid intake in attracting electricity to the BIMSTEC sector has attracted investments in hydropower in Nepal, while emphasizing that Prime Minister Oli lost the opportunity to transform water into a property.
