Online Form Availability
- Dates for Access: The online form will be open from 2080/10/05 to 2080/10/19 on the university’s website.
Application Process and Document Submission
- Form Filling: Complete the online form on Pokhara University’s website. Ensure Nepali names are typed in Aalekh Font.
- Transcript Issuance: Participation is limited to students whose transcripts were issued after 2080/10/20.
- Transcript Deadline: Transcripts must be received or applied for by 2080/10/12.
- Accuracy in Details: Fill in the Nepali name as per citizenship and the English name as per the Transcript. Errors in detail are the student's responsibility.
- Document Uploads: Upload MRP size photograph, citizenship certificate, and Transcript scan in color.
Convocation Dress and Fee Details
- Downloadable Slip: After form submission, download the slip for dress collection and return it from the Dashboard.
- Fees: Pay Rs. 7,000 (Rs.5,000 for the certificate fee and Rs.2000 for the dress bond) to the specified bank accounts.
- Bank Transaction: Upload scanned Transaction ID and Bank Voucher.
- Original Voucher Requirement: Bring the original bank voucher for the dress collection.
Convocation Dress Timings
- Distribution: Collect the dress between 2080/11/06 and 2080/11/
07, from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Return: Return the dress on 2080/11/09, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
