Position: Production Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Manage Assets
- Deliver efficiency targets
- Manage to execute the maintenance plan & evaluate the process
- Maintain machines & equipment in safe & efficient conditions
- Apply 55, autonomous & preventive maintenance effectively
- Comply with system adopted by the company and execute as a team
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with all concerned during the production process
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
- Bachelor in Engineering, preference will be given to Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
- Computer Skills, Communication Skills
- Experience of People Management will be an added advantage
- Familiar on new technology/automation process
- Ability to coach & develop team members
Position: Chemist (s)
Resoonslbllitles:
- Execute quality assurance activities in production line
- Execute quality assurance plans in intermediate processes and finished products
- Maintain high degree of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene during production process
- Comply with all the requirements in line with the local law and the company guideline
- Achieve quality targets as set by the company
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
- Bachelor in Chemistry/ Microbiology/Food Technology
- 1 to 2 years of experience in food & beverage industry will preferred
- Good laboratory and Analytical Skills
- Computer Skills, Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
Position: Operator (s)
Responsibilities:
- Machine operation as defined
- Update the production report as defined
- Preventive maintenance of machine
- Support engineering team during annual maintenance
- Maintain GMP of machine and surrounding area
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
- TSLC completed in Mechanical/Electrical specialization, Diploma holder will be preferred1 to 2 years of experience will be an added advantage Must be knowing or potential to leam about new machines Basic knowledge of workshop machinery Should be familiar with Mechanical & Electrical tools Should be ready to work in a team.
