People, Wellbeing, and Learning and Development Officer

As a People, Wellbeing and Learning and Development Officer you will be responsible for driving improvements to performance management processes at the Embassy in line with HQ guidance.

• Working with our regional HR Hub and Embassy leadership, you will manage HR cases and handle HR enquiries from staff. You will lead on our response to staff survey outcomes and cost of living surveys.
• You will manage relations with our health insurance provider, respond to staff queries and manage the insurance database.
• You will review and develop our Learning and Development Strategy and implement L&D plans.
• You will need to be flexible to help with other Corporate Services duties as required.
